hksay.com is the public face of a small Hong Kong practice that runs AI agents in production — agents grounded in client data, with retrieval pipelines and eval harnesses that hold up under real workload. Most of our clients are in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan; the work is bilingual and timezone-heavy. We don't sell strategy decks; we sell uptime.

2022
Started in Sheung Wan.
Two engineers, three notebooks, one model API key. First engagements were strategy briefs and proof-of-concept builds.
2023
First AI agent in production.
A RAG-grounded compliance copilot shipped under a regulated mandate. SLA tracked monthly ever since.
2024
agnest + pi-ying reach v1.
Our internal agent platform and bridge stack, built for our own engagements first. They are how we keep a small team profitable.
2025
agent.hksay.com goes public.
Multi-tenant agent platform opens to self-serve and paid tiers, alongside the consulting practice.
