Which shape is right for us?

Can we change shapes mid-engagement?
Yes. Most clients move Audit -> Embed -> Run. We've also had clients start with Run and pull us in earlier when a new initiative starts. Same team, same SLAs.
What does 'managed' actually cover?
Everything post-MVP: on-call during HKT hours, model swaps, schema drift, capacity, prompt regression, eval suite maintenance, monthly architecture review. You don't have to know it's happening; you do have to see the dashboards.
Do you sign MSAs, DPAs, security questionnaires?
Yes. Standard templates available; custom terms reviewed by counsel. We've signed MSAs with regulated financial and healthcare clients.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. One week of engineering time, no charge, no obligation. If we can't help, we'll say so. We've refunded the audit before - we'd rather earn the work.
What if we're not based in Hong Kong?
Most of our managed-ops clients are in HK, SG, TW. We work in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. On-call coverage is HKT hours; for 24/7 coverage we sub-contract to partners in EU and US timezones.
